I’m still fuming to be honest. Even if it was 3-2 and Jorgensen just coughed up that one, I would feel like this tie can still be easily won. Now I have zero expectations
That game really showed everything that is currently wrong this club in the most obvious ways man
maresca was bad. but omg he was not that horrible. we’re a social experience club. going from bad to worse.
Within half a second of waking up at 5am here in England I’m already pissed off at Jorgensen again.
We’re literally just becoming Arsenal of the 2010s. Fight for top 4 every season, play some decent football, might win a domestic cup every once in a while, but never competing in anything serious and just getting humiliated by big clubs monthly
Interestingly we are turning on the manager in the blink of an eye. Only 2 weeks ago, things were much different haha.
But yeah. I actually didn’t know he dropped Sanchez. I thought he was just rotating until I saw Jorgensen in the starting line up last night. Pretty strange move.
I still support the team and the manager. But this is why I didn’t want Maresca gone. We need consistency. Not changing personnel (players and managers) at every chance.
Guess what? No matter which manager or player we get, we will turn on him eventually. Let’s try and understand the pattern we are showing
