He said he knew Johan Cruyff in the 70s before he was huge and they worked in the same place in Amsterdam. he hung out at his house, was friends with his wife and knew his kids too. absolutely mental. I have many more pictures of them together, I can confirm it is actually Cruyff

My grandpa also told me a crazy story, he worked for the German navy and casually dropped a story how he met Elvis and had a chat with him. But cruyff is a different kind of class.

I feel like he was huge in the early 70s already with Ajax dominating European football. Maybe check timelines. Not saying it’s not true but he was huge by the time he moved to Barca already. Also, he was 23 by 1970, not many players have football as a side job at that age and become top 5 of all time.
