Cubarsi has immense potential. I really hope he will be a legendary defender.
It’s so hard to evaluate Cubarsi in our system since it’s so dependent on our midfielders and forwards pressing or else the suicide high line is fucked. But whenever he plays for Spain you see how insanely good he is…
Flick knows what’s up. Most people don’t understand how nuts it is that Pau is leading the line of one of the biggest clubs in the world at 18/19. In an incredibly high line with an insane amount of runs behind the line (as almost every team want to expose our high line) and with a lot of different partners (Inigo, Christensen, Araujo, Eric, Martin). He is always there. Super solid.
