He was only a few milli seconds close to Prestianni and he manged to convince the Ref.
The ref was biased, he should have first contacted Pristianni and then should have gone forward to decide what ever he had to decide.

Growing p in California probably the most diverse place in earth, I heard racism from everyone to everyone.
The world we live is messed up nowdays … you can be cursing and insult someone and when you also insulting him by calling him a ‘racist’ word it’s different and tagged as a racist …You are jokes guys !!! All swearing is bad from the moment you enter this process, don't put them on labels. Remember who started it !!!
We office workers go through this – words borderline and passive aggression and bullying and the management take a soft approach to the person who did it and treat you like a trouble maker and want you to forget about it an get back to work……the world we like in really….I no longer bother and just give the person up to God. 4 questions for the referee:
1) Why did you issue the yellow card to Vini for celebrating a scored at that end of the pitch? Must he head to the other pitch to celebrate? Was it cowardice on the part of the referee or it is another rule of the game?
2) As part of the referee's own instant investigation of what happened, was it not fair to personally ask Prestiani what he said? Why must it take Mbappe to confront Prestiani on what he said but the referee, the authority on the field of play, did no such thing?
3) Can it not be said of this referee of a sort of apathy or insensitivity towards an aggrieved contestant while he never confront the perpetrator?
4) Has EUEFA no protocol powers conferred on the referee to deal with fans who go out of order to the extent that s player can not play a corner at specific points of the pitch? It doesn't have to be a war zone because a player scored a goal!
On the face of all these I believe the referee contributed to the chaos that ensued and must be punished for that.
