      I think that Christensen will probably sign the renewal if he is ok with the salary being offered

      I mean I like the player but the player has been injured since he has been to the club

      His set to miss 71 games between this season and the last season. There’s absolutely no reason to give him an extension.

      Bruh, EVERYDAY we make the wrong transfer decisions 🤬🤦🏻‍♂️ first was not selling Araujo, then not trying to buy a striker now, now renewing Christensen who’s always injured… The ONLY reason the team is working rn is thanks to Flick and La Masia!!

      So he’ll get paid slightly less to watch games from the sidelines with an injured knee or whatever

      I love Christensen. Love the guy. I’d love for him to stay here, get fully healthy on a lower salary, and come off the bench and play his heart out.

      Apparently Laporta did this with Henrik larsson also in 2004 and henrik larsson ended up giving his best performance against arsenal in uefa champions league final in 2006 by assisting both the goals of Barcelona to turn a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 win for Barcelona .

      Larsson also tore his ACL in 2004.

      Insane. I think they want to be able to get a sale off of him?? As to not leave on a free?

      Even so, I think that’s kinda insane. Even if it works..

      ..as for his playing, it would be great if he did play but he won’t really. At least other injury prone players you saw get injured… it’s not his fault, the body is what it is but it’s on the club to not be idiotic.

      Yeah it think the club is being fair by offering hin a contract since he hasnt played much and is always injured i probably think he will accept even with the salary decrease
