SpaghettiandMeeples on March 5, 2026 11:54 am Rubbish change. If anything they should only add 1 team, 3rd place automatically makes the Playoff final, the other 4 play out for the 2nd team in the final. Someone in 8th potentially is in no suitable position to play PL football the following season.

Each plays 2 legs against everyone else playoff style, so home and away. 3 points if you win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss. Then, when everyone has done that, the top three from the playoff mini league go up. The bottom 3 go down. That way, at least everyone has a fair shot, rather than just the top 8!
