      Just saw a fail compilation on him on Ig and came to reddit only to see this as my first post !!

      On a serious note, he’s not starter quality, the only reason he’s playing is bcz Lewa cant play regularly and we don’t have anyone else for the role. He’s good for being a backup and that’s it.

      I tend to default to the coach’s decisions as they see the players day in and day out at training.

      For example I think we all remember everyone going crazy wondering why Xavi was refusing to give Roque a shot in the starting line up, then we all saw him play and realised “oh.. this guy can’t control a ball to save his life”

      That being said if we don’t see it it’s so very hard to understand. I’d like to see Flick experiment perhaps in a game where we’re 3-0 up, give Rashy a shot in ST position for 30 minutes or something like that.

      We keep treating this guy like he’s some make a wish player just trying his best or something. This is FC Barcelona, if you are not cut out for this type of intensity, then u have no place on the team. Doesn’t matter if ur a bench player or not, if u can’t make a good argument as to why you should start, just leave.

      I agree with you guys but our hate won’t do anything. Remember how it worked for Araujo, he was out for a month or so because he couldn’t deal with the hate (deserved hate but still). We just need to wait for Flick to solve it. I also don’t think Ferran will miracously become a great player so for now we have to count Lewandowski will play in mask and then we will see what happens in the summer. At the same time I wish Ferran will build himself in training and got to his past form – where he was decent sub at least.

      The debate, if there ever was one, is over. Ferran was never and will never be good enough to lead Barca’s attack. He is a second stringer at best.
