Tbf Any team other than Arsenal, City, United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Villa, Newcastle, Spurs is about his level.

South Gate thinks he’s the guy
And yet he’s probably a better manager than the current Chelsea one for a start.
Plus Southgate is probably better than the one who is currently sitting in the dugout at old Trafford the now and a big section of Man Utd fans want him permanently in charge yet he’s only playing one system and that’s counter attacking football hence why maguire looks half decent again and it’s not because of his blistering pace or positioning sense
If Emery leaves Villa, I could definitely see a world where Southgate fills that spot 💯
