
Wondering if anyone has faced this before, I have a flexi season ticket and have purchased my seat for tonight’s game but the pass in my Apple wallet is basically blank.
I’ve contacted the city help account on Twitter but haven’t heard back and didn’t get an answer when I called so I think I’ll just get to the ground early and see if I can get in.
Anyone else had this issue? I’ve done the pull to refresh and also deleted and re added the pass but it’s not had an effect

Try turning automatic updates off and on again? Fixed the issue for me when it didn’t update a few times last season, although I’m not on flexi gold.
I’m 90% sure it’ll scan in. My Dad’s SC didn’t update for half a season but always let him in.
Bizarrely, happened to me for today as well. Tried deleting and downloading again but nothing.
