I will admit as a Gooner I was pissed about Raya replacing Ramsdale. I thought it was just a Spaniard promoting a Spaniard and I didn't get it. Now, it was was one of the best decisions ever made in the Premier League era.
Best GK in the world
Yo whatsup with the balls talk😂
Better on the ball than Garnacho!😂😂😂😂😂
4:55 Raya was whatttt?? 😅😂
Absolute collossus
0:56 this clip of Raya isn’t even for Arsenal it’s him playing for Brentford – please do better next time…
I can’t lie I was a non-believer of Raya
I love Saka, but this man should be the captain.
We have the most attacking Netminder in the league, guys!!
every time i see the clip of raya outpacing ward-prowse i lose it…. the looks back were for awareness, but really just appear to be a sign of shock at his opponent's speed(or lack thereof🤣)
HE WILL BE THE REASON SPAIN WINS WORLD CUP! 11:00
He is better on the ball than granacho had me on the floor 😅
Very good 👍
David Raya, beyond being Spanish and having Arteta’s trust, came to this team to raise the level and help Arsenal become not just competitive, but serious — a team that demands to be taken seriously.
Like many players who have been moved on — Smith Rowe, Nelson, and especially Ramsdale — they weren’t bad lads at all. But if we’re being honest, they were solid 7s, maybe 7.5s or 8s in their positions.
Raya came in as a 9. And on some days, he’s a 10.
He’s humble. He learned the language. He worked his way up, moving between clubs when he was young. Unlike some players who got tired of going out on loan and wanted instant glory, Raya matured. He embraced the process. He grew.
He arrived on loan from Brentford, but he came determined to become a key piece.
I remember someone — maybe Messi or Suárez — once said that goalkeepers are in their own world. They’re a bit crazy in a good way. They play their own game inside the game. And Raya is a true professional. He has to stay 110% focused in matches where he might barely face shots, and still be ready in the decisive moment.
He’s not perfect — no one is. But he’s effective. His distribution, even if it makes your heart race sometimes, is top-notch. One of the best among active goalkeepers right now. He’s in his prime and he’s going to bring us a lot of joy.
I understand that some English fans feel emotional when academy players like Smith Rowe or Ramsdale move on. That’s natural. But Arsenal is a global club competing to be among the best in the world. It’s bigger than any one player, bigger than nationality. The club doesn’t owe anyone a starting spot.
We should support him. He has a great team behind him, he has Arteta’s trust, and we need to trust him too.
Grateful to have David Raya defending our colors.
“I’m shocked he didn’t make a save with his balls” @11:29 lolll
13:54 this is the wrong clip, this one is from pre season last year.
Do we really need to hear your DUMB LAUGHING?
I skipped the video when I saw Neville. He’s a tool.😂
Have to hold my hands up cause I criticize the signing and was one of his biggest critics. But he's definitely proved me and a lot a ppl wrong.
