> Following his [Arbeloa] arrival, various sources said that the atmosphere in the dressing room had improved. Vinicius Junior was one of the players who picked up particularly, in terms of performances. The Brazilian missed what was probably Madrid’s best chance of the night against Getafe.

> However, over the past month, the mood among several other players has seemingly changed for the worse. Sources say Arbeloa does not have the full support of the entire Madrid squad.

> Finally, sources familiar the club’s planning say the idea to hold a vote among Real Madrid’s membership on potential ownership structure changes has been put on hold for now.

i dont get why arbeloa is at risk,he was supposed to be the B Team coach for this season, its not his fault he’s appointed out of nowhere,he should return back to castilla if he’s getting sacked imo

  2. Arbeloa isn’t here for the long term thought that was kinda obvious and funny how bad couple games this gets reported why wasn’t it after the benfica match? or sociedad one?

  3. I had my issues with Xabi, but sacking him to replace him with this absolute joke of a “manager” was incredibly stupid. Of course we won’t replace him now, who’s gonna want to manage this disaster of a team? He’ll get the boot at the end of the season.

Florentino also won’t ever resign, he should tho, he’s so goddamn old, and it shows more and more every day.

  4. He’s getting the rest of the season and then someone will replace him … there’s no point of sacking him before the season is over .

He’s job is at risk if he does not get Vinny to sign and Mbappe to play. That is why he is here.

Obviously no because flopper only listens to vini and this bum ahh coach is constantly glazing vini

  8. Pérez is not going to resign, no matter how many brainless people keep barking “Pérez out” online. That’s just noise. Not every decision at the club is his alone, and not every mistake can be blamed solely on him. He’s not the only one making calls there’s a board, sporting directors, staff. People act like he personally controls every pass on the pitch.

On the financial and structural side, he’s responsible of the club’s long-term stability and growth. That matters more to the board and many fans than one or two disappointing seasons. Stability, revenue, infrastructure those things don’t disappear because of a bad run of form.

The club already announced that after Xabi’s departure they would evaluate things and take measures once the season ends. So if you’re expecting instant dramatic changes mid-season, maybe read actual Real Madrid news instead of jumping on every hype or outrage train people create online.

As for the players open any serious match analysis. Even Portuguese analysts pointed out that both the players and the manager share responsibility. With Xabi, there was at least a visible tactical structure. Now there are huge empty spaces on the pitch, too much reliance on individual moments, and no clear attacking patterns. It looks like “pass it forward and hope something happens.”

Right now, none of the players are consistently performing at the level expected of a Real Madrid squad. That’s the real issue not just one name at the top.
