So the latest major update around our Ibou Konate who has less than a year left on his contract is that Real Madrid have informed Liverpool they no longer want to sign the French CB.

This means there’s obviously a much higher chance he stays at Liverpool although I wouldn’t be surprised if PSG came knocking…

So let’s have the discussion, do you think he will end up staying at the club or leave to go elsewhere on a free?

What’s for sure is he needs to turn his form around for Liverpool to be keeping clean sheets again…

  1. If Konates bad form is because his head was turned my Madrid LFC should rescind the contract offer and let Konate walk in the summer. No one is bigger than the club.

  2. Id offer him a contract but only at the end of the season. @1:07 to see if he remains inconsistent if by then he doesn't improve to the best version then I'm happy to move on.

  3. Good enough for him and we shouldn’t offer him a new contract now because his attitude is disgraceful even seeing what way the fans took Trent leaving to be still willing to leave for Madrid and have the fans hate you just shows his head is not at the club get him gone

  4. Watching Quansah helping to keep Man Cty to Zero goals I was thinking we f'cked up letting him go. If we manage to sign Guehi in the upcoming window I couldn't careless what Ibou does.

  5. real madrid, say hello, we are interested but only for free, player starts playing badly, real Madrid destabilized the the player affect the team. then real come n say nah he is sh'''t don't want him… now that we dont want him.

  6. Konate’s own terrible form has blown up his dream move to Madrid and he knows it and his head has gone. Konate is a selfish self centred player and I want him gone just like trent. Let him be somebody else’s problem dealing with his over inflated ego.

  7. A machine gun is a fully automatic firearm that is typically mounted or crew-served and designed for sustained, rapid, and continuous fire of ammunition from a belt or magazine.
The primary defining characteristic of a machine gun is its automation: once the trigger is pulled and held down, the weapon continuously fires rounds, ejects the spent casings, and loads new ammunition until the trigger is released or the ammunition supply runs out.
    Key Characteristics:
Sustained Fire: Unlike semi-automatic weapons (which require a trigger pull for each shot) or assault rifles (which have a selective fire option but can overheat quickly during prolonged automatic fire), machine guns are built with robust cooling systems (often air- or water-cooled barrels) designed specifically for continuous firing of hundreds of rounds per minute.
Caliber: They generally fire higher-caliber rifle or heavy machine gun ammunition, providing significant stopping power at long ranges.
Role: Historically and militarily, they are used to provide suppressive fire or as a defensive measure against infantry, light vehicles, or aircraft, often mounted on tripods, vehicles, or aircraft rather than being carried by a single infantryman as a primary weapon.

  8. I prefer we don't sign anyone in January but cut everyone's paycheck and let them all earn it in putting more work.

No one should go home until they start making a headway in form and attitude.

  9. O yes you said he head is in real marid o because he and the other players dare grieve for this friend and teammate mate. But o he'll so supporters think it is they right to sing in 20min while so many people tell you it make it worst for the players you take the right to miss him but the players can't not be people how now jota are not allowed to grieve no wonder people says you are the worst supporters in the world you guys prove and how he'll are the fans to tell the players to win for jota the only people can tell them to win for jota is jota family let me repeat it the only people can tell them is jota family. They can win next year for jota or then they are ready

  10. Apparently his agent group were also talking to others when Real thought they had an agreement, so Real have reassessed. Ibou is now talking to other agencies now verbally, trying to find a better option.
With that kind of attitude given the 1st contract offer in 2023, he can go, playing next to VVD for years has convinced him he's better than he is.
Look to Guehi, Shlotterbeck, or Koulierakis with Inacio to progress the left and take over from VVD eventually.
