i mean obviously he has to say that cause shit looks really really bad on Leeds
but yea sorry man seems like way too much of a coincidence that the booing only started when this Ramadan break message appeared on the screen

As much as people want to say look at the stupid Leeds fans I would give them the benefit of the doubt as their team was doing well when the stoppage happened. Doubt they would have complained if city were battering them

It’s stupid to have a break just a few minutes after kickoff. Where would the harm be in postponing for 15 minutes?

See when we played Man City at the Etihad someone faked an injury so Pep could have an impromptu team talk during the match. This was during that match that everyone won’t stop talking about.
So, at Elland Road, during the match, when you see Man City players heading for the dug out you’ve can be mistaken for thinking that this was going to be another impromptu team talk from Pep.
None of the other teams we’ve played, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Villa have never needed to hold a team talk during a match against us.
I’m with Farke here. Booing Muslim players for breaking a Ramadan fast is wrong and unacceptable. But the additional context needed was what happened earlier in the season at the Etihad.
ETA: While we’re on the subject. If Pedro Neto can get a red against Arsenal, and West Ham’s Todibo can get a red for grabbing a Chelsea player’s neck, then how come Rayan Cherki gets away with kicking the ball away and intentionally stomping on Ilia Gruev’s shin?

Why is it so bad if fans boo the game being stopped? Just because it has something to do with religion, who cares?

If Leeds fans didn’t have the reputation they do, I might be willing to give the benefit of the doubt lol
