  1. Hug your kids. Call a friend. Walk your dog. Don’t let a David Moyes lineup ruin your Saturday.

Only really strange inclusion is McNeil, but potentially opens the game up for Armstrong and George to come on later on and do a bit of damage.

I think it’s decent. My biggest concern is Gana Garner not Dwight. That CM pair just doesn’t bring the best out of either.

I really hope we change manager in the summer, one who gives minutes to people who deserve them. Rohl does well, instantly never see him again, George? nah laddy Mcneil aye?

    fuck off Moyes you dinosaur.

  5. Reaction to this seems pretty over the top to me so maybe we’ll pull another freak away win out the bag…

  6. I’ve got a lot of time and respect for Moyes and what he’s done for us, but I think we need an upgrade to someone more dynamic. We’ve got some real young talent on the bench who are rarely given game time. How the hell does George not get a start after being one of the few positives against United?

There’s positives and negatives here. I’m glad to see Branthwaite at CB again. I’m glad to see 3/4 of our wide positions being occupied by players who play there naturally.

On the other hand, while I’m sad for McNeil after January, I dont think he deserves to start over George. I dont know why Beto would start over Barry. And finally, while I know its contentious on this sub, I’m personally done with Gueye. Id much rather see Rohl (edit: or Iro) get some minutes from the start at this point.

  8. McNeil over George. I’m truly baffled. George changed the game and was very forward thinking when he came on the last 2 games. McNeil all we are going to get is not tracking back, backwards passes, and losing the ball easily.

There’s just nothing positive to say at this point. Aznou was shut out all season, got given 4 token mins to prove a point, changed the game and was never seen again. George has looked lively every time and has 9 games to go before we need to make a decision to the tune of £20m, isn’t picked. We spent 40 million on Dibling for him to play next to no football. We’re going to spend 20 million on Rohl who had his best game against Villa and hasn’t got on the pitch since. We called Armstrong back from a productive loan at Preston, he again played his best in the middle only for him to play left wing or not at all. We turned down multiple bids for Patterson who hasn’t looked out of place when called upon but can’t get a chance.

What’s the plan here? What are we actually building towards? We have actively tried to sell Beto two January’s in a row. We have literally sold McNeil 4 weeks ago. Even getting away from the fact that we have already decided they aren’t good enough how is this helping long term? IGG is 36 and playing every minute despite the fact that his partnership with Garner doesn’t work.

All summed up by the fact the official account hasn’t even bothered to karma farm it.

With all that said. 0-1 us because this is vintage Moyes putting out a shite lineup and scraping a result.

If we’re not going to qualify for Europe and not going to get relegated genuinely what is the point of not playing our young players.

I’m guessing McNeil is playing to double up on Gordon on that side of the pitch? What the fuck is Beto doing starting though…

  12. Incoming Shite McNeil performance, where he only passes backwards and jogs around with two lead weights for boots
