      Wasn’t Southgate changing the “culture” a bad thing?

      He only picked his mates for the squad because he wanted everyone to feel like they were friends and then they ended up having no fight about them when it mattered.

      I loved Southgate’s England. The pride outback into wearing the shirt was incredible. Yes he didn’t get it over the line, yes he made subs too late but let’s not pretend England have been anything but failures since Italian 90. He made us all proud to be English again and the boo boys can never take that away. Another manager wont even come close to his legacy and in 30/40 years time he’ll finally get the respect he deserves.
