Its not so much that we have players underperforming, it’s more that no one’s filling the gap left by Wood. Everyone is pretty on par with last seasons output, there’s just a big 20 goal void Jesus and it seems Lucca aren’t able to fill.

I would also add to this we are missing Elanga’s goals and assists. We just haven’t been able to replace their outputs.
Wood being injured what, five month ago, and is still 3rd? Yikes.
Jesus has 12 goals. Now you will tell me only the Prem counts.
It’s by far the main difference and no we can’t rely on Wood getting 20 goals every season but if we had a striker on even 8 things would be looking a lot better.
We just don’t have anyone who can consistently score in the prem. Said it in the post match, but any clinical winger puts away CHOs chance at the start of the game and we’re up 1-0 – minus the dodgy decisions and we’d have been walking away with 3 points. We need players who can score and win us games.
I miss having Wood
Bottom line is we just don’t score enough goals, which is what will take us down. Much better signs from today but we need to be scoring.
