– A total disconnect between fans and those managing the club
– A dysfunctional transfer policy
– Fans boycotting and some cases, rioting against the club (we're not there yet i know, but how long before some lose the plot?)

I forgot about Marseille, remember them being a great team years ago. Take it it’s no longer the case? Dont even remember the last time I seen they were playing
I compare the situation more to Basel. Dominant in Switzerland for years (better than us in Europe obviously). Board fixated on a policy of buying young or unproven players to develop and sell. Which worked well until it didn’t anymore and they lost their dominance.
I could have sworn they were really good at the start of the season I remember they were first in ligue 1 for abit cause I followed them a little bit cause MoR joined them. Any club that appoints de zerbi is asking for something to go wrong eventually though
