⚽3' Serhou Guirassy (Borussia Dortmund)
⚽42' Maximilian Beier (Borussia Dortmund)
Honestly, it’s a real shame, but I hardly expected a different result today. Atalanta have a good squad, but Dortmund are simply better.
❌Unfortunately, I don’t think Atalanta will manage to turn it around, and it’s disappointing because with Juventus and Atalanta eliminated, only Inter would remain (and they still have to beat Bodø/Glimt) in the Champions League, and we’re only at the playoff stage.
It’s honestly tough to see Italian teams doing so poorly in the Champions League, especially starting with Napoli, but Juventus have also disappointed a lot.
⚽By the way, people don’t talk enough about Guirassy, he’s truly a top striker.

This is Dortmund, they have that bottling ability so not all hope is lost
I’ve noticed despite doing good in the league Palladino’s european record is pretty bad aside that win with Chelsea, losing against USG and Athletic bench players.
Even last season he struggled to beat some hungarian and slovenian teams in conference league
