300k a week for not getting a prem assist in a whole year

Im sorry but i watch some arsenal but ive never seen what people said makes him so good

  2. After taxes, agent cuts, living expenses I wonder how much he has a week, insanely great wages either way!

Could buy a 800k house every month lol.

300k a week is crazy. He isn’t even putting numbers like that infact his numbers have been trending down over the last three seasons. Oh well. Good for him

Damn, not too long ago 300K a week was given to the likes of Salah, Haaland etc.. I rate Saka but this is ridiculous.

  5. Everyone wants to go on about how washed Salah is and he’s got two more G/A this season than Saka in 4 less games.

    I get that he’s important but I don’t see how he’s £300k a week important.

  6. Just how many contracts is Saka going to sign today?

Edit: sorry, didn’t realize I was in r/premierleague. Same news has been posted in r/gunners numerous times.

I’ll take whatever downvotes come my way

  7. £15m a year for a player that has been our best player of the last 5-6 years at this point. And England player of the year at least twice in that time. Bargain.

The last 12 months or so could have been better but I’m not betting against him getting back into form.

Before his injury issues at the start of last season, he was unplayable.

Edit. I know everyone’s a slut for G/A these days, but he’s put in a load of good performances in the last 12 months too, they’ve just not got you many points in FPL … so I guess that means he’s ‘washed’.

  8. Lovely. Weve gone from concern trolling about how all our best players are going to leave if we dont win something, to them all extending so now concern trolling about how much theyre getting paid.

    Into my veins.

  9. I like him but he’s been a disappointment. I expected him, Odegaard and Martinelli to produce more by now.

  10. Reported wage is around £340k a week, which in my opinion, is a bit over the top for a player like Saka, delivering those numbers…

  11. Saka has stagnated, he peaked in the 21/22 or 22/23 seasons. Not a starboy with bags of untapped potential either, grown man at almost 25yo.

He’s played a blinder here, fair play to him. To put subpar numbers like has been an get such a contract is hilarious lol

  12. I haven’t watched him much this year, what’s up with his form? Why hasn’t he been as good?

He has missed a lot of games, is recovering from injuries, and is still near the top of the league in chances created. Haters can hate.

Lmao haters can hate all they want. You’ll be singing his name at the World Cup though. You know he’s a great player. One injury ridden, subpar year doesn’t overwrite the last 4.

“Arsenal fans better hope …” why so bitter dude? We like him and see his productivity past the numbers.

    Ciao

Good for him. Bold of Arsenal to sign a 5-year deal considering the injury history.
