Someone had to step up to fill Bruno’s boots and I said earlier the most logical choice is him.
I also think he should be made Captain in Bruno’s stead as I believe that could be the making of him, plus it grew Bruno when he got it. Bruno also got it around the time his kid was born and he was having a wobble if memory serves me correctly.
Tonali has experience of the role from Milan and Italy and that includes big games in Champions League and internationally, if I have any reservations it might be his grasp of English isn’t complete but then again that would also likely benefit from it.

Said all season our midfield needs to contribute more goals. Especially when playing 1 up front. Hopefully with the addition of woletemessi playing deeper allows him to get in more positions to score.
