Don’t think that’s the right call if he ever wants to play at a World Cup or just get called up. But if his hearts not in playing for Scotland then it’s the correct decision as playing for a national team should mean something.

Disappointed as he would have been an asset in an area Scotland are really short in but if he doesn’t feel he wants to one hundred percent commit then that’s totally fair. I hope it works out as well for him as it did for Anderson.

Right call. He’s English and only wants to represent his country. Can’t stand players switching allegiances just because they’re not good enough to play for their country.
