It's time to stop this facade of trying to force the idea that Barry and Beto are Premier League-level footballers. They are both clumsy & technically-inept, and no amount of games is going to improve that. At their ages, you can either control a ball and kick it straight, or you can't – unfortunately, neither of them can.
Ndiaye has played as a striker for other teams in his career, so it's time to give him a run at it for the rest of the season.
If McNeil continues to be out, then I'd have Alcaraz on the wing as opposed to Dibling.

And then play out Ndiaye out if position?
The teams issue is lack of balance in midfield, which Gana contributes. The obsession with 4-2-3-1 also make KDH less impactful were he can’t get involved in the play.
Honestly I would prefer 2 up front
Gana shouldn’t play against teams like Bournemouth or Leeds…..I’d start Rohl.
McNeil shouldn’t be anywhere near this team.
Beto and Barry aren’t good enough, so flip a coin and start one of them because that’s all we have at the minute.
