I’m not saying we should make it, but what would a chart for 55 points and possibly Europe look like? We have 13 matches left against teams we got 12 points off the first time around. We’re on 37 at the moment. Opta’s thingie picks us for 8th and 54 points but we need seventh to be sure.
I think probably something like this:
**Win:** Bournemouth, Burnley and Sunderland at home | Spurs and West Ham away
**Draw:** Brentford, Newcastle and Palace away
**Loss:** Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City and Man United at home | Arsenal away
That gets us to 55. Brentford are two points ahead of us at the moment and have easier opponents across the rest of the season – we have to play Chelsea, Newcastle, Sunderland and Tottenham, who we got one point off so far this season, and they have to play Brighton, Fulham, Leeds and Wolves, where we got nine points the first time around and six points the second time around. And obviously there are other teams in the chase too.
