It was a good save TBF!
The fact he did it (instinctively) shows he cares. Not that it was ideal but he’s earned more than one mistake over the last few years.
Also, throughout the rest of the game we played brilliantly too. Could’ve lost that easily but nope, pushed throughout. Great effort and a seriously well earned point.
There is a strong case for doing what he did if it’s the 89th minute. So maybe he has thought about this before. He is a footballer and Welsh so we can’t expect too much clarity of thought. It’s fine, as long as we don’t go down by a point. I forgive.
Easily balanced against the many games where he’s made the difference. One of our best players, and I’m sure he’ll bounce back from it

We’ve definitely gained a lot more than 2 points from him playing for us and there’s no guarantee we get the 3 points if we don’t go down to 10 men. Gets to be well rested for the Wolves game that we really need to win.
