Just toothless upfront to be honest, not able to breakdown teams at all, set pieces were not great either hardly challenging the keeper at all today.

On chances alone, we deserved to lose. So a draw might not be the worst result given how we played.
It could look bad in the context of this weekends results, but at the end of the season, a draw away at Easter Road might not be the worst result in the world.
The most concerning thing was the performance. We were very poor.

Incredibly fortunate to grab a point in that game. Alas, the cracks and faults in our team show vividly when we aren’t able to go 1-0 up. We are lacking quality in transitioning from defence to attack. Today highlighted how weak that part of the game is. We’ve gotten away with it until now with set pieces but a team that wins the league has to score from open play and have their strikers scoring 15 plus a season. I fear that this result puts us in a really bad place.

We were going to drop points at some stage but to do it in this manner is very disappointing. Absolutely toothless all afternoon, could be playing till next sunday and we still wouldn’t score. Need to address the creation and forward areas in this team as a matter of urgency because that was awful today.

Skov Olsen looks bang average. No pace & no skill. Need him to be direct when he has the ball but instead he always passes it sideways or back.
Now that the set piece honey moon period is over, we look totally lost and incapable of winning games from open play. The quality of our delivery from set pieces and crosses is atrocious.
That wasn’t a league winning performance today, can’t see us catching hearts now.

That result is on Danny Rohl today. 1 up front against a back 5 is shocking. No 2nd striker until 5 minutes remaining. Aasgaard should have been hooked at half time along with Chukwuani and Skov Olsen. None of them brought anything to the team today. If that’s how we’re gonna play for the remainder of the season we can forget winning the league. 2nd best all over the park.

No problems with the starting 11 however those changes were just throwing shite at the wall to see what sticks.
Leaving Tav on the bench was mental. Prob the only player in that squad with any composure in the final 3rd and he throws on Aarons.

About the worst this season in terms of lack of creativity. Made absolutely nothing all game, not one good opening. One shot on target came in the 96th minute, a pass back from an overhead kick.
Will win nothing with these options in our forward line. Pathetic goal and assist numbers from the lot of them.

Not surprised tbh it’s been coming, plus we often drop off after European games midweek. The two new signings haven’t brought much yet, early days still of course but they don’t have much time and that’s us dropping points now.
Expect much more from Skov Olsen the way folk have hyped him up, hopefully he shows it soon as we have tougher games ahead. Not to single him out, plenty of other poor performances from the usual suspects but we are hoping he is a class above.
Cracks fully on show today, I’m not convinced we have enough but hopefully with Europe out the way we can be be fresher at the weeekend.
