Scoring two screamers is not a tactic. Well played but IMO it’s a misreading to say that’s evidence the pressure’s getting to AFC etc. What it does expose is that MA’s AFC doesn’t really have that one or two players with the X factor quality, someone who can click into form and just whip magic up. Your Messi, Salah, Bales of the world. In ways, VG was suppose to be that given the goal stats he racked up at Sporting. Clearly the transfer hasn’t panned out.
MA’s AFC plays on a more collective game, especially because there just isn’t one star key player. IMO the same idea Pep’s centurions where there wasn’t a single standout (super)star the team was counting on.
IMO what MA needs to solve is tightening up the sloppiness in possession. Figure out why keeping control of the ball seemed to allude the players vs United. Berta IMO needs to seek out grabbing a player off another Prem, or top team. A Trossard type signing just to inject something into the mix

I still think Arsenal can win the league this year. The only one and good reason is the closest competitors City and Villa are not as consistent as they should be.

Regarding Asernal, they have great squad and players to overcome the challenges and can win the league ,however they need to put this loss behind them and focus. Otherwise if they become second a third year in a row, then they will wait another 5 years before they can win it as I think next season will be even more competitive.
