I think we were really unlucky yesterday, Villa created very little 2nd half and their first goal was a worldie. Credit to them for managing to beat us at home for the first time in years though. We are really inconsistent this season, it’s so frustrating.
This morning is when I wake up resigned that we won’t be in the champions league again next season. I’ve been hopeful we’d put together a run and get in the mix, but losing at home to someone we always beat and Chelsea and Man Utd get big away wins means it’s looking as over as ever. We’re not going to make top 5 and it’s time to start preparing for what that means for player exits, PSR and the rest.
the cap to 4th is now 4 points and 4 points in this league is no easy task. I just hope we get some sort of European football next season. As long as it isn’t Conference League tho.
