  1. I’m born pessimistic. And we tend to do better against good teams than the poor ones I feel. So we’ll see.

  2. Can we not, you haven’t been a Villa fan long enough if you think that’s an easy run…

The “easier” it looks on paper the more nervous I get.

But if we play and manage the game like we did today we can get a streak going again. One game at a time!

  4. i am really not looking forward to wolves at the molineux. feels like we never turn up there, pretty sure we’ve only won once there in about 14 years. unai has been breaking long term curses this season though, so hopefully it may be different.

  5. For context.

    Arsenal’s next five: Leeds (A), Sunderland (H), Brentford (A), Spurs (A), Chelsea (H)
    City’s next five: Spurs (A), Liverpool (A), Fulham (H), Newcastle (H), Leeds (A)
    Chelsea’s next five: West Ham (H), Wolves (A), Leeds (H), Burnley (H), Arsenal (A)
    United’s next five: Fulham (H), Spurs (H), West Ham (A), Everton (A), Palace (H)
Liverpool’s next five: Newcastle (H), Man City (H), Sunderland (A), Forest (A), West Ham (H)

Chance for Leeds and West Ham to be a couple of our favourite teams in the league after next month!

  6. I dunno, Bournemouth just beat Liverpool at home, Wolves away is always tough and we are equally as capable of winning all of them as we are losing to Everton at home.

  7. No easy fixtures this season in particular, but I’m just relieved we’ve already got top 8 in the Europa League and swerved the need for any playoff matches in February – especially with our injuries.

Great result today but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
