  1. Yeah, I'm not even a Madrid fan but they only have to get the manager right. They have easily the top 20 players in the world right now and they aren't even doing that well.

Arteta would dominate the world with his tactics at Madrid and as a Gunner, I am so happy he never will be a Madrid coach considering his connections with Barca.

The next 10 years will be dominated by Arteta's approach to football and another manager will do it better than him. That's football. It's all cycles. And considering he has Berta as his Director of Football, he will be locking down his influence for quite some time.

If Madrid want to survive this period, – much like they survived the Cruyff period at Barca eventually, – they bend to the evolution of football. At least if they want to dominate in European competitions in the next 10 years.

However, Madrid is Madrid. They have survived decades on decades of football evolution. I digress…

I don't see Alexander Trent-Arnold leaving the eternal football staple that is the Galacticos. I won't lie though, it's funny and fun to laugh at Madrid for a few years. But they are inevitable. They always figure it out. 🙄.

  2. 4:00 "when did trent join?"

    "9 month ago, 6 month ago…why is he leaving?"…..

I could say the same thing about xabi but look at where we are now
