  1. Same guy who’s reporting guido to Valencia. Remains to be seen if either or true – but fab did back up Matteo. No EX update yet

  2. while he’s never been a world beater, if he can come in, provide much needed support/depth and contribute to Nuno’s system then im okay with this.

I like this signing and I think he’ll be like Callum Wilson and will do better than we all expect.

If we can now get in a centre back who is dominant in the air and a defensive leader we *might* have a slim chance.

  4. I’m probably the only person who thinks it but I really think Adama could be a great addition IF Nuno is able to get his work rate back to Wolves-era level.

I was rewatching some old games of his and he can be absolutely electric.

My hope is, that like Moyes did Antonio, Nuno is able to get some consistent form from him and his true strengths (crossing, pace, take-ons) do the rest of the talking.

  5. I get it. We all get it. We NEED defenders. I’ll say this though, a better, enhanced ability to attack, for sustained periods does take tremendous pressure off a defence. Knowing there is pace and physicality that can control or hold up play helps to control the clock end allow clearances to be made with more confidence. This in part was demonstrated v Spurs

He’d be our third senior winger (fourth if you count that Venezuelan loanee)

Good move if only for depth.

Nuno is the only manager who has ever managed to make him look like a Prem player and we do sorely need some pace in the team. I’ll reserve judgement until we see him play, but I do not have high expectations

  8. Don’t let him in a Ferrari. Wasn’t there talk of City buying him when he was playing well for Wolves?

He could play CB. He is so wide, he could just stand still and be better than Kilman. 🤣
