I know the title in the image is super inflamatory , and its definately playing into the emotions of the aftermath of the game about spurs.
But it reminded me how theres been excactly 10 years since the end of the Klopp era. I think its time for a retrospective, there its no discussion in other media or the press regarding about this now and it seems for the foreseeable future. Given everything surrouding the last few years and how uneased a lot of people are regarding the club i think its important to talk about it.
Curious too hear all your thoughts!.

I love Klopp as much as the next guy and really enjoyed his 7 years with the club, but people need to move an. There was a time before him and now after him. Biggest problem this club faces is his search for the ‚next Klopp‘. It’s not going to happen.
Past few years have been rough and our game is just not fun to watch anymore. I miss our aggressive pressing play style where like half the roster was injured every year. This defensive style just isn’t it.
Love this club with a passion since the 90s since I was a lil kid and it truly hurts to see this team struggle. All these draws this season hurt just like this game against Tottenham.
Long point short: as long as we don’t get our problems in check, we probably won’t catch up to Bayern in the near future. That’s just the reality check.
Again: F##k that title!!! The club died? Yeah in a strange football hipster bullshit way. Oh no, we were no longer the hype club 10 years ago? We lost that status long before. Remember in what situation Klopp said he will leave.
I am glad we are not everybody’s darling anymore. Now I have the feeling many people want us to fail. The German commentators talk constantly shit about us. Maybe they are right, but other clubs are effective, we are lucky.
People need to chill. What about the previous 10-15 years before Klopp? We were a mid table team after winning the first CL trophy, almost went bankrupt. Compared to that, we are in a good state right now. Just enjoy the ride
The only thing I’m bitter about is that we never learnt what the things that were supposed to change for him to stay were. It was either all that or replace him and our management decided they could replace him with Tuchel – and at the time, we were also dead last in the league in the winter if y’all forgot. We totally failed to take the next step. I think the fallout after the attack on the bus and between Tuchel / management thereafter was the dagger for any chance of growth in the club. Since then, we’ve had coaches come and go but somehow there was always this feeling of too much bs behind the scenes. Whether players had too much power or there was other bs going on we’ll never know. But we stagnated for 10 years just circling the drain.
