Yan, most Football Clubs prefer to loan out their players for the whole season, rather than for 6 months. Any club will prioritise a 12month loan offer, over that of 6 months. Chelsea only stated facts on Buonanotte, that the plan was only to keep him him for 6 months, remember Leeds had a 12month loan offer accepted.

The board make no sense because Jacquet's sell on value won't be great either if we pay too much for him in reality. I know as far as PPF rules go it will make a profit because of amortisation but in reality it won't in terms of money we have in profit. If we pay 60 mil for him we'll never sell him for more. We might make an amoritsation profit in around 3 years but in reality it'll be a loss. So what's the point of being stubborn at this point with fan protests going on just sign Senesi and for once give the fans what they want.

Just my guess, Senesi goes to Liverpool and Jacquet stays at Rennes. We wait for Sarr to come in during the summer. I think January is a very quiet month for Chelsea, maybe an outgoing or two, not including Buononotte. Most likely our CBs for next season are Colwill, Fofana, Badiashile, Sarr, Anselmino and Acheampong.

We're definitely on the same page regarding Sinesi, mate, I want him instead of some little known CB from Rennes for a stupid amount of money. We need here and now kind of player with experience in the PL – Sinesi ticks those boxes. And I know, historically we've got some good players out of Rennes, mostly GK's, but I am very cautious about that leagues high performers in general, because they rarely translate well in the PL, same as Budnesliga.
It would be great to get the multimillionaire Sterling off the books. It's disappointing how money driven he is, putting that ahead of his career development.
