      Legends Never Die, speed is wrong. My favorite soccer player of all time, Lionel Messi, he's the best, he's the goat. Cristiano Ronaldo is getting destroyed by boy Messi. This proves Messi is better than Ronaldo. And as Portugal lost in this year's World Cup.

      To those snowflakes who are barking now "There has never been a debate", let me remind you of a few years ago when Ronaldo had won the only 2 trophies in Portugal's 100+ years of football history, won 5 UCLs (only player to do so), level on Ballon D'ors (5 v 5) and a clear favorite for the 2018 one making it 6 v 5 from 1-4, the debate was over then, done and dusted.

      What followed then ? Ronaldo did a huge mistake of leaving RM, jeopardised his ballon d'or chances, then a massive PR campaign to promote Messi got started at full steam.

      1. Gifted the 2019 Ballon d'or when Van Dijk was clearly the best player that year (winning face to face against Messi and being a defender without getting dribbled once for the whole year).
      2. Copa America made its 3rd return in 4 years, where Messi got humiliated, red carded and knocked out of it by not even making it to the final. yet Messi still got his Ballon d'or.
      3. Copa America returns again for the 4th time in 5 years where the actual champions reached the final again and were uninterested in winning it (making selfies and laughing after the final whistle) and Argentina were champions.
      4. Suddenly a friendly match called Finalissima got revived after 30 years, promoted as a friendly match the whole year until 1 weak prior, where Argentina beat Italy's reserve team, with his fans shamelessly claiming he had won 2 trophies for Argentina.
      5. Signs for PSG whose owner is the emir of Qatar despite the huge interest and better wages from Man city and his friend Pep Guardiola, just 1 year prior to the World Cup which was held in, guess where, Qatar, organized by the same man and organization that owns PSG.
      6. Dubiously enough, his national team gets a penalty in every match (except 1) at 0-0 from group stage straight to the final.
      7. Doesn't get carded for deliberately playing basketball on the field (vs Netherlands) nor punished by insulting every opponent on the pitch on camera including the same referee who refused to book him.
      8. His teammate as the last standing man commits a penalty in a 1v1 counter attack and doesn't get sent off in the final.
      9. Suddenly wins the world cup after scandal after scandal in each match and now suddenly people are barking about the debate.
