  1. One of those player departures that feels as positive as new signing. Felt like we played worse with him on the pitch than if we’d have gone down to 10 men. You’d think he was a right winger who’d been asked to play left back for the first time in his career, not a left footer who has spent most of his career there.

  2. So much wanted him to work and many seem to forget we were up the creek without a LB so took the only option that was available at the time. Not sure it worked at all and we should’ve got a replacement LB sorted well, well before it got that urgent – I blame the team managing the transfer business rather than Zinc or either of the managers, he wasn’t what we needed.
