Imagine a world where Gary Neville thought about what he was going to say before he actually said it?

I still think that maybe one day… just one day… these guys might sit down and reflect that being an ex-United player, lining your own pockets by making headline news shitting on the players and managers… might be contributing to their downfall

Can anyone remember what Neville had to say about Amorim when he was signed?
I’m too drunk to be bothered with looking it up, but I bet he was in favour of him.
When Michael Gove talked about people being “sick of experts”, what he was actually talking about was people who pontificate about everything and despite being frequently wrong, are never challenged about it.

As a United fan of over 40 years, Gary Neville can fuck right off. Sick of his constant negativity. The single biggest anti Manchester United personality in the media.
No-one has more opinions on MUFC. The way he demands this happens or that happens. Then constantly keeps these stories rolling with his shitty toxic podcasts

Alot of appointment that come out of the blue actually worked out well for the club. Who would have thought OGS would have lasted so long at Man Utd or Pep would become a generational manager? Who would have thought Di Matteo would have gotten Chelsea a champions league or Zidane would have gotten Real Madrid 3?

Gary probably wants his brother in charge

A lot of people in these comments mad that a pundit is doing punditry. Very odd.

What if he gets them UCL and the performances dramatically improve.

He needs a new manager every 6 months. He’s gotta keep those numbers burning on his 7 podcasts.

And here, we see the Garysis Nevillus, a small but surprisingly loud poison frog, its vivid colours serving as an unmistakable warning to the world at large.
The toxins it carries are among the most potent in the footballing kingdom. But on this occasion, startled by little more than a shifting shadow, it releases its chemical defences far too soon, misting the air with toxins in a moment of misplaced urgency.

Should’ve let Darren Fletcher coach for a while. At least let him break record playing his twins son into Man United squad

Regardless of performance? Please.
If Carrick got 15 straight wins and United Strand was having to shave his balls and arse as well, no way in hell they’d let him go.

I’d think they’re wanting for somebody and they’ve already held talks with who they want. They’ve agreed to come at the end of the season. But knowing Man United this hasn’t happened. They will end up taking forever and getting somebody like Potter

With the constant non-stop negativity from the former players and no proper support from the senior management, no manager will be able to control the dressing room.
What is their (former players) motive by constantly shaming the current players and tactics and managers? United policy is not restricted to their era.
Are they (former players) trying to protect their own legacy?

Give the lad a chance Garry. We know you want the role but your track record is abysmal. 🤡
