Even though Madrid had tied it up with a Vini solo counterattack and then a flukey goal off a corner kick (which should never have been given as a corner to begin with), Barca utterly dominated and humiliated Madrid in the first half. Even though Madrid is bigger and faster, it was like watching men against boys. 80-20 possession. Madrid could barely get the ball out of their half.

In general german players and coaches are underrated because they are humble and down to earth and also because they dont act silly and artificial. They focus on there job and dont do a big show nor to the show of on there instagram account.

I think pundits are missing the real issue. The squad Xabi is working with either isn’t technically built for his system, or just isn’t following the game plan. This isn’t just about coaching, it’s a personnel problem too.
Even if you replaced Xabi with someone like Hansi Flick, or any coach with a similar philosophy, they’d face the same challenges. You can’t expect a team that’s never played this style to fully adapt in just six months. Building a new football identity takes time, no matter who’s in charge.

Any of Barca's players would start on any other team. To act like Ferran Torres, Fermin Lopez, Pau Cubarsi, Frankie DeJong, Eric Garcia, or Dani Olmo wouldn't start on other teams is insane. Barcelona's biggest asset is the fact their team is very cohesive and they play as a team. Many of these teams, Real Madrid a prime example, are not cohesive and there is infighting going on. Barca gets knocked constantly because their "high line" allows goals sometime. What other great club in Europe has such a great defense that it doesn't allow goals? If you have a great offensive game, which Barca does, all they need to do is score one more goal than the other team, which they do regularly and most times it is 2,3 & 4 more goals than them.

Every time. Every time Madrid loses they make a grocery list of excuses and then talk about the losers for the entire segment, however never mention Barca’s positives and if they do, it’s usually just a cameo of words. At least try not to show your clear bias as much.
