Gregg Berhalter puts out a statement saying that he is being blackmailed by someone who threatened to release personal information about an incident with his wife from 30 years ago. There’s been an update to the story that confirms the Reyna family was involved in this story, but this clip is before that news was released. This is not the First time GREGG mishandled the locker room(Columbus Crew). He's Gutless especially when he votes to remove a Player, that's Gregg's job. and the Rumor is that Gregg is doing this because Gregg's son was traded from Austin to Vancouver because Reyna is Sporting Director at Austin
What is wild is the Berlhalters and Reynas grew up together in Jersey and were best friends and roommates both wives and husbands. Greg and Claudio played on the same kids team and were coached by Claudio’s dad and the wives who were both players grew up together in the USA system and were friends and roommates from the age of 18 and played for the same club team. The Reynas clearly think the non-use of Gio was something personal and want revenge. I think these pushy parents may have ruined his career for the USA before it started. It is time of Gio Reyna to Benedict Arnold this situation and play for England as he also qualifies for them through birthplace.
