Moyes's love for Soucek and 4-2-3-1 drove the team to the relegation zone. Real Madrid also uses dynamic 3 midfielders, but West Ham uses colorless and odorless 2 midfielders. Shame on Moyes. Many people say that he should leave. But I think he should be given a chance. We are unlucky only in Premier League games. Remember the first matches. We have all the statistics, and possession, passes. But moments are not realized. In the League Cup, we only lost on penalties. In the FA Cup they went further by beating Brentford. And in the conference league, they never lost at all. And we must remember that thanks to Moyes, we have peaked since 1999. Therefore, we need patience. There are never any highlights for us so why bother! Moyes has lost the plot, his lack of creativity on team selection is killing us. Spent £170m on players and keeps his favourites like Soucek in the team despite being utterly woeful for months. We are going down, simple as that unless a change is made now.
