  1. Yeah whole team looks worse that with potter/jlo. Bin him off, Slav interim until end of the season then reset in championship

  2. I don’t think it would, but best odds are 1/8 of him being sacked on Odds-checker so I think the writing is in the wall, let’s See what Slav can do I guess

  3. I miss Potter. Except that under Nuno we finally got a young team. That feels like pretty shit consolation.

  4. I think it only solves anything if he’s lost the dressing room, I don’t think it makes much of a difference.
I hope we beat QPR but at this point I’m not even confident in that.

  5. Probably not but I feel like they should be scouting someone to remake us in the championship as some of these players will be here for that so give a jump start.

Maybe nuno is the right man to do that, i dont know, but doesnt feel like it.

Fixes nothing. All we need is a capable CB now and we’ll have a chance. Gotta give Nuno a chance. He saved NFFC in 23/24 and he can save us too so long as Sully gets his head out of his ass and buys Cresswell

  7. Why bother signing the two players that he wanted? I say give it to Nobes till the end of the season (and in the championship to rebuild)

How did we get more points in the Liverpool, Bournemouth, Man Utd and Brighton run, than the Fulham, Brighton, Forest, Wolves run…

Two goods wins against Newcastle and Burnley before that as well, and we were saying how shit it was then. Now it’s a travesty.

Something needs happen fast as we are getting relegated. One thing im fed up on, manager doesn’t doesn’t like players especially when club is in such position.

Areola is a great shot stopper but he’s dogshit at everything else. We need help all over.

The grass ain’t always greener on the other side. I know Potter wasn’t doing well but I really think he’d be able to stay above relegation. Sacking Nuno won’t fix anything now though. Especially after he has been given some signings.

  12. I’m still concerned that he hasn’t got his own coaching staff. It’s very odd for a manager to come without his mates, and then promote the youth coaches instead.

It’s only worth asking if he gets replaced by someone better. We don’t appear to be interested in doing that these days.

If only we could sack the most incompetent person connected to the club.

I think it’s at a point now where we need to half be planning for next season. That doesn’t necessarily mean giving up and just accepting relegation but we badly need to build some kind of identity in this team which can carry over in to next season whether that be in the championship (most likely situation now) or the PL. We aren’t a team which suits the low block and counter attack approach yet we force it because it’s the only way our manager knows how to coach a team. That’s not a criticism it’s just the way he is. He has a philosophy and he sticks rigidly to it. I think we need to be looking at a manager who will get the team pressing higher and teaching the team how to build up play from the back. If we were a more experienced team I would say stick with Nuno but this is quite a young group of players and they need coaching, especially the midfield. With all this being said I would probably sack Nuno at this point if we can get a manager who fulfills this brief. Who that would be Idk but I’m sure our highly competent and knowledgeable sporting director will have some names… Oh…… 😞

  15. I don’t have any faith in the board to appoint anybody better and/or handle that appointment properly, but I wouldn’t lose any sleep if he does get sacked. He’s literally the worst manager we’ve ever had, in terms of results.

How many times are we gonna sack a manager immediately after spending 50 million pounds on their transfer targets?

Also, with us being shit under 3 separate managers as well as the last half season of Moyes, is it not clear yet that the players are the problem?

  17. Feel our problem is with PGMOL as much as it is with Nuno… robbed of so many opportunities and fair decisions, it’s been chipping away for ages now

  18. At this point the only thing that will save us is luck. Luck that Forest (or some other fringe team up there) miraculously start dropping points. Another manager may get us a few more points than nuno but it doesn’t mean anything if the status quo with the other teams is kept up.

The rot is too deep. The only way to fix this is to hope that the little man passes sooner rather than later.
