"I hope this stays between us," Karl said during a fan club visit and answered the question whether he has a dream club besides FC Bayern: "FC Bayern is a very big club. It's a dream to play there. But at some point I definitely want to go to Real Madrid. This is my dream club, but it stays between us."

  1. Bro hasn’t even completed one season at the top flight and he’s already thinking about jumping ship. 💀 It’s not like he’s playing for fucking Ausburg. He’s in Bayern Munich, one of three biggest clubs in the world. They are only a few years removed from winning a treble. Something even the mighty Real Madrid has yet to do.

  3. It does seem odd for a 17-year old debutant to be allowed to say something this stupid openly…big blunder by loads of parties

When you to go to real madrid you’ll became top worst footballer(this is fact) real madrid fans don’t love them players and they only love them titles.(this is also fact).

  5. Youthful naivety, and his agent and the club PR need to help him avoid easy errors.

Plays for the biggest team in the country, one of the biggest in the world. He shouldn’t be making statements like this at all, at least in public.

He’s kind of telling Bayern that they shouldn’t prioritize his development, if he has a move in his mind. However, Bayern may also want to maximize his value and get a few good years out of him.

It was foolish to say considering this is just a breakout season, and he needs to show he can do this year after year, and stay fit. Future transfers shouldn’t even be mentioned. Bayern will also be wise to take it into account when they think of new contracts and transfers with him, since Real do like bosman signings.

He’s going to have to become world class if he wants to be a Real Madrid player, especially since they have a young Argentine, and Bellingham in attack, and good wide options (including Nico Paz coming in), CF is the only real role in the next few years where they will need competition for Garcia.

(Bayern raid smaller clubs all the time, so personally have no issue with it, but understandable why it doesn’t look good and makes Bayern look small).

Why don’t these players seem to mention Manchester United as much lately? It used to be United, Madrid, Barca, Bayern, Milan. Don’t seem to hear United nor Milan mentioned, I can understand for the latter but…

  7. Probably a wake up call to Bayern to be serious about his contract. If he were to go for a free transfer heads would roll in Munich.
