  1. Ex players chiming in with every opinion on who they want and how the club should be run like when Fergie was there is a big reason Man U are in the state they’re in now.

  2. Mf you are part of the problem. You helped cause this with your unhelpful comments.

These former players are incredibly and increasingly are annoying.

While I admire them as club legends, they need to stay back and shut up. Too many former United club legends have been given (undeservedly) a platform with a microphone, but they have large egos and lack the intelligence to form well-thought-out opinions. Their comments are causing more harm than good. Please, do everyone a favor shut the fuck up.

Podcast guys are just salesmen. Selling you clips. The united lads figured it out pretty sharpish by looks

Please jimmy hire Maresca! All these United fans said we were dumb for letting him go. He will do so well with your team! I just know it lol

  6. Absolute thick fucker is Butt, heard him yesterday banging on about giving the job to Carrick with Steve Bagpuss Bruce assisting him. 😂😂

  7. Bit embarrassing to be coming out with this given Nicky is supposedly a fairly experienced football executive

How many of Ferguson’s sped Squad went on to be accomplished managers? Fizzer and….thats about it. This lot don’t know what they’re on about.

What would he know about success at United? He only won a meagre 18 trophies there and is the tenth most decorated English player of all time as a result.

The ex-Manchester United players don’t help the club either with these kind of statements. It’s the same with the likes of Scholes, Keane, Neville etc. Fair criticism is okay, but you always see the likes of Butt and Scholes going over the top when it’s not necessary.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Maresca at all but time taught me that he did a very good job considering all the hurdles that are put in place at the lunatic asylum that is Chelsea at the moment.

His hands were completely tied when it came to recruitment and the owners were trying to force players on him that he didn’t want . I think he could do much better with an experienced squad and also a say in transfer policy.

Now the negative for me was whenever something went wrong in game his game management and substitutions were sometimes a bit mad. Plus Chelsea weren’t an amazing team to watch under him either but he did achieve everything that was asked of him.

Him leaving Chelsea is more of a negative on the club and how it is being run at the moment. He wanted out and felt he had zero backing from the owners.

Maresca is an awful, awful manager.

Threw Palmer under the bus last season then wondered why they dropped down the league. Telling players they can’t shoot from distance or play ‘possession losing passes’. But then conceding countless goals by trying to play out from the back!
Football isn’t just about style, it’s about winning matches and trophies.

If he was behind the signings at Chelsea he’s even worse. He is obsessed with playing out from the back for some reason, that didn’t work at Chelsea and it certainly won’t work at Manchester United.

  13. Whilst I think the class of 92 stranglehold on English football media should be studied given the only level they seem to understand football at is PASHUN, (seriously why are all of them basically the spokespeople for the premier league) it is quite clear they were doing one very important job.

Acting as a buffer to protect the rest of us from the opinions of Nicky Butt. Theyre now failing at that.

  14. Weren’t they talking the other week about how they can’t get tickets anymore or something? Now he’s got a season ticket.

  15. United to hire someone who regularly falls out with higher management. Doesn’t like being told what he can and cannot do and not having control over transfers. Is resolutely stubborn about his tactics and will not change them under any circumstances.

And has been twerking at City for the last 4 months.

Sounds like a very good United hire there…

  16. If he doesn’t like the ownership him and his other ex player mates should round their money up and take over the club then.
