Chelsea have gone from buying some of the worlds best players and most experienced managers, to buying young players with potential and managers with next to no experience. If this was costing next to nothing, it might be an experiment worth trying, but it’s not. The young players are still expensive and paying off manager after manager is wasting the money made with a good transfer policy. Is there a plan, and if so what the hell is it?
