Well deserved victory for Hearts. A horrible watch as a Rangers fan, this team very rarely ever looks like scoring. Can’t cross, can’t defend set pieces, certain individuals too greedy with the ball and a front line totally out of sync with the rest of the team.

My takeaway from the Röhl era so far is that he can get results against lesser opposition, but the minute we play anyone who is slightly above average (Hearts, Celtic under O’Neill, european opposition) we crumble and can’t create anything. He needs to pray the Club will finance a string of signings come January or he simply isn’t going to survive here with what he’s currently working with. Feel for the guy.
