How much does a commentator cost these days
Hearts taking 4 points from these two games is a testament to our poor finishing. They didn't have much in the way of clear chances, well taken goal. We have to finish better.
The snograss red cardable challenge on Baccus is missing. Plus it should be mentioned the hearts manager and halliday spent a good five minutes pointing at their elbows in the first half and insisting on a var review when gogic jumped into halliday to contest a header – which is probably why he got such soft bookings in the second half. That shows the hearts manager knew that luck and con tactics, rather than skill was needed to beat stmirren at home. The fact Gallagher thought the ref was coming to book him and not the hearts manager shows how much and how successfully the home team was conning the ref.
Hearts playing like killie for most of the first half. Hoofing the ball up the field and falling over and conning the ref (Snodgrass dive getting Baccus booked). The one time they string a few passes together they score. Their tactics work to be fair or they wouldn't be third. Jammy tarts by name… 🙂
