A.I. has my respect for the pure grit, heart and commitment to his community in Philly.
Embiid has my respect for in my opinion building on A.I.'s legacy in Philly but also being so humble and grounded in a sport that can breed such materialism and negativity.
I feel there's 2 reasons A.I. never won a ring, his attitude and timing I.e. Shaq/Kobe.

I’m pretty sure he has a house. His fiancée/girlfriend always seems to be posing in a house not an apartment. He either lives on the mainline or jersey. From the pictures looks like the mainline but could be jersey. Most sixers players live in jersey now because the practicing facility was moved to jersey a few years ago even though they play games in south Philly.
