I’m just confused at what this man thinks we actually want. If he actually engaged with fans rather than only doing club media interviews or stretching out to BBC WM where no doubt he laid down conditions for him doing this interview (ie you can’t ask me about certain things), then he’d know what we actually want. Would we all like to be in Europe again? Sure. But I think I can speak for every wolves fan when I say that all we want is to win some fucking games. We want to be competitive and see a team out there who works hard for each other, the badge and us. If we lose games it is what it is as long as we’re fighting and have the quality to try and win the next one – we don’t have that quality, we don’t have the fight. It’s like he’s saying “we’re not making Europe so relegation it is”, as if there isn’t an entire fucking 11 other places in the table up for grabs that isn’t relegation. How does relegation fit into his 10 year plan?
The 2nd quote I posted made me laugh. We sell too many players in every window, and an expert is exactly what he needs to be when running a football club. Goes without saying you need to be an expert in any job that you do.
You all know I’m usually optimistic, but my god we’re more fucked under Jeff/Fosun than I thought we were initially

Someone should remind him that those “height” came with high season ticket prices, which was fine because we were initially successful. We haven’t been successful for a while and the season tickets are still as high as if we were chasing Europe. If Jeff wants me to “let go” or lower my expectations then he can charge championship season ticket prices which is about 400 quid on average.
Maybe we need an expert to be the CEO then. Like it’s not some weekend league with guys that have actual jobs, it’s a club in the EPL with players making millions. I’m not sure why he thought that sounded good to say
This guy ruined any credibility for wolves under the current ownership when he said fans should support other teams if they want to win trophies. Even if it’s true, you just don’t ever say that out loud because players with other premier league options are never going to join putting wolves at a permanent disadvantage
