I really liked this press conference from Rob, no waffle just just says it how it is and is really honest. Speaks about how he told the players he has to see them taking risks and playing forward not playing safe and looking scared. Said if we are going to lose then we have to lose going forward and giving it a right go and I think that's something we are all crying out for.

Yeah results aside I think it would be a real shame if we didn’t give rob a full season. I really hope the fans and the club (by some miracle) can get behind him and really make a push. We may be going down no matter what we try, but I want him at the helm while that happens and I would want him at the helm for a championship season too.
At the game I looked down at Rob from the Upper Billy Wright and I felt pity. Hard to feel like he hasn’t throw his reputation and career away for a club whose owners don’t care. Such a shame because given his history with us and relationship with the fans and the risk he’s taken (to leave Boro) it would have been incredible if he kept us up. Unfortunately he’s about to learn that you can’t deal with snakes. I can’t see Shi or FOSUN backing him in January or even keeping him even if we go down.
