Barça won the game… but Hansi Flick didn’t look like a man celebrating.

Cameras caught him sitting on the bench, head down, almost in tears — frustrated, disappointed, and completely drained by Barcelona’s performances this season.

Is this a warning sign?
Is Flick losing faith in this project?
Or is this simply the pressure of managing this club?

Tonight we break down what this moment REALLY means, why the performance was far from convincing, and whether Flick might actually be thinking about his future at Barça.

Let’s talk about it, Culés. 🔵🔴

  1. Despite being sad, he has been backing his squad. While xavi was asking to leave the club, lowering standards in the dressing room. Do u see this from flick? He's only disappointed, and keeps his emotions away from dressing room. But please be serious and play for flick. Hansi flick deserves a better season than last year. When i see hansi flick angry, I am angry. When he's happy, I am happy.

  2. As a PSG fan with no love for your club I'll tell it to you like it is. This is a Europa League squad that Flick overachieved with why? Becuz he has the footballing brain. So what needs to happen for this squad to become great and a team that can play with the same intensity, strength and ferocity as his Bayern side:

》 All these players except for the core need to go (the Varca core: Pedri, Raphinha, Lamine, Kounde, Cubarsi, Joan Garcia & Balde). Players who aren't in that core but can be worked with (Garcia the versatile Centreback, Bernal and Casardo MAYBE, Fermin & Kepa, yeah the goalkeeper you loaned out)

》Everybody else SELL, & get better players in and around that core. The guys that I said can be worked with can function as depth and squad rotation alternatives. But guys like Olmo (he's good on his day, but is made of glass. He's either not playing at all, or the few times he does play and actually plays well you can guarantee he'll get injured again. So a cutthroat team sells him for a profit or at least to get the 60 million back and goes into the market for a better option. Kange Lee In from Lucho's PSG for example I think would be the perfect replacement) De Jong (I'm sorry but he earns way too much to be a squad player and eats up too much salary space when u consider his perfomances against serious teams. I kept telling u delusional Barka fans that Ruiz is better than this guy). A serious team sells him and uses his salary space to get a midfielder that can actually perfome without Pedri holding his hand and actually deliver in big games. Araujo unfortunately has to go. He hs the makings to be grear in this system but for some reason he isn't, sell him before his stocks make him unsellable. As for all those other guys I didn't mention, the Gerrard Martin's, the Christiensens (he's actually good but is also made of glass unfortunately), the Gavis, the Fatis of this world, you SELL THEM (just coz the player is from the academy doesn't mean u can't sell them for a good profit in order to improve the squad marketly). As for Ferran Torres (him u can keep I guess, but only as a rotation option with no chance of being a starter. If u don't want that then maybe u sell him and get a better number 9 to beef up the squad).

》Consider playing Dogbarsi in midfield. YES, he's a great ball-player, and can perform good defensive actions from time to time, but defensively against more serious sides he looks like LIABILITY honestly. Either that or you get a big enforcer Centreback next to Cubarsi, its what Lucho did with Marquinhos in our club when he got Pacho.

》& LASTLY, stop gassing up this squad mate. There's a reason Xavi got himself fired talking about it. It needs to be improved. All top teams need to constantly improve in order to be great. Maybe Varca doesn't need to tear it all up and rebuild like I suggested, but y'all definitely need incomings to improve this squad coz unless you've got a generational squad of players, then u unfortunately have to constantly go into the market to recruit, or at the very least plan better and start keeping your academy talents better becuz Mikaye Faye would've been the perfect Martinez replacement in terms of profile & playing Flick's style.

  3. The squad is not world class ad overacheived last season. Keep the core sell the rest!

The core is: Pedri, Rapha, Lamine, Balde, Joan Garcia and Fermin.

The rest are just not good enough or have the requisite hunger to play for Barca. They always disappoint!!!

Kounde, Ferran, Olmo, Frankie and Araujo all need to go! We need to sell these guys and get hungrier players.

  4. It was obvious he has no support of the club and the board he is trying to work what he has but it completely drains him cause they expect him to win the ucl

  5. Brother this is exactly why I was very frustrated and broken from that Chelsea lost. This season feels exactly like Xavi’s second season. After that, remember how the players gave up on him too. Granted Xavi was not a great coach-like Flick is. Shame on these players except Raphinha & Gerrard Martin. This makes me sick. 😡🤦🏿‍♂️😔

  6. Chelsea here. I'm sorry, but Barcelona is not underachieving as you say. Go to transfermarkt. Barcelona has not spent any money in buying new players for the last few years. 0. Now compare that with other teams like Chelsea. Laporta has tried to rescue the team but Bartoneu really screwed up

  7. Shout out to Raphina for consoling the coach, this is why he should be first captain he's one of the few people who show that they care about everyone including the coaching staff. He loves the team and everyone he works with.

  8. How you can say that only Rafa came to him and consolidate him,if it’s not captured on video you can’t say only one guy is doing that, however that’s great that Rafinha came up to Hansi Flick, Barca need to step up on their cardio and condition

  9. Laporta this bustard didn't give flick a squad depth team and catalonian scoundrels always blame to flick who make them relevant from a trash team of xavi….moreover we have another spoiled child Lamine

  10. Look at it from this point . Those players are no longer convinced that his system is good enough for them or that it's sustainable. Eric Garcia still believes in flick and his system, so does Rafinha and no one else is convinced at this point . That is all .

  11. The only thing I can put on Flick is his offside trap, it's not working but overall performance is down to the players and I feel like our midfield has been the biggest problem. No physicality no strength no pressure we have ball controlling players but we lack serious physicality and pressure that's why it's so easy to pass the ball and expose our backline.

  12. Honestly, I think he just shat himself a little. Everyone has a mishap now and then and as you get older your anus isn't as taut as it used to be. I think he just wanted everyone to leave before he stood up. Raphinha did the worst thing you can do, he drew attention to it. Next match he should just wear dark trousers and Y-fronts under his boxers to hammock any slippage. Nothing to worry about.

  13. Flick realized what I been known, that this squad, lack of depth, club and it's finances, can't pull off his system. We coasted pretty far on vibes last season but the writing is on the wall. We still have chances domestically but we don't have the quality for champions league.
