Barron was excellent throughout his stint, sorely let down by those next to and in front of him. If we can find a system (likely very simple to build confidence) we might get somewhere.

Felt like Rohl got the tactics right, just the quality of player that let us down, we really have regressed so much, feels almost like the Pedro reign.
Thelwell’s squad building has pretty much burnt a 20m investment, it’s no wonder he’s been papped.

Djiga cost us 2 points, id honestly cancel his and Aarons loans in January and buy proper replacements.
I dont even know what to do with Chermiti, I feel we probably need to try shift him and Danillo and buy 2 new ones, we desperately need strikers who can score goals consistently.

I watched the highlights earlier of the 3-2 comeback last time we played Braga at Ibrox and this squad makes that team look like prime Barcelona.
Spent £40m to look like we should be playing in the highland league! I’d take Robin Proper over these 2 centre backs which says it all. £10m for Djiga? Just shows the English league is just an overhyped, over priced plastic league.
I think Rohl should’ve brought on Megohma sooner as Aarons is terrible and I’d have Findlay Curtis on before Antman, other than that what else can the manager do?

The only surprise tonight was being 1 up at half time. That was a fully predictable performance with another Djiga howler and lack of creativity.
We are totally reliant on Gassama in attack and it’s a heavy burden for a 22y/o to try and carry such a poor team. I think he will kick on with better players around him as you can see what he brings.
Rohl clearly knows how to set a team up, with some good collective pressing and off the ball shape. It was very clear player quality is the issue, that’s about as good as we can get from this group.
