I felt he might want to go back to Antwerp this summer, especially with his match time becoming increasingly limited.
Realistically, there would be not point Nuno building a system around a 32yo defender with 1 year left on his contract.
Obviously, I'd really like to see Andersen join as I feel his distribution and leadership reminds me of a young Alderweireld, whilst Tomiyasu could be an astute signing.
It is very difficult to see us signing an experienced replacement for Toby.
It is also hard to say whether Nuno will sell either Sanchez or Dier especially if we play a back 3 – we will need 6 CBs to be able to sustain this for an entire season. However, I would like Dier to move on to a club where the fans will appreciate him.
Anderson, Rodon, Sanchez, Tomiyasu, Tanganga, and the utility man Ben Davies.
get rid of all of them and get rid of that new shit manager we just got

As long as we don't play Dier there its ok.. i think nuno can make sanchez better but if toby goes then rodon plus a decent new centre back signing might be ok… i just dont want dier in that position ever again.. play dier as backup for hojberg in cdm.. fine.. never cb again .. ever
This is terrible. Alderwireld is by far our best centre back and we have a manager who likes to play 3 Centre backs now, and he wants to leave. I really hope he stays.

A little surprising, but I think it could be the right time to promote Rodon and get in an absolute star quality defender with leadership qualities, Skrinraer or I like Andersen, the latter lacks high end experience but I think will turn into an amazing defender.
At one point we had the best squad in the league. Dark days 😒

Good cause he's too slow for the premiership , so now we need at least two CB players
It's the wrong centre back to go! I am sure Toby is concentrating on the Euro's at the moment, so might be a nothing story. Although don't blame him, it is like most companies in everyday life, the good one leave and you are left with the useless lazy ones.
Not so much a shock but could see it happening he wont bee the only one sissoko aurier ,even lloris lamela.lucas just to name a few just hope son dosent want to leave cant see kane going this season donr think levy wont part ways with kane.if we can bring in some fresh faces especially new back line and a playmaker and striker I believe we will make top four Easley the season gone when we played rubbish football second half of the season we still were only a couple of points away from cl football noq with nuno and new players and getting rid of a lot of players that dont wana play for us anymore and the rubbish players we have we will have a good season I hope that tangana .skip sesseon. This is Not a shock to be honest, Toby has been a great player for us but our number one CB is Rodon
Toby's our best defender !!!!! If he leaves It'll be like when Vertonghen left . A chasm in the defence . We'll be left with Dier , Sanchez , Aurier in defence . Frankly a recipe for disaster !!
Hopefully , now Nuno Espirito Santo's in place , Paratici can do some transfers in defence particularly .
Toby has played his part, well done Toby, all the best. Toby is not growing any younger, time to move on and free up space for young players to come thru! Toby and Vertonghen formed the Belgian wall at Spurs!
Good to hear lots of accolades for Toby from Spurs fans base, hope we'll do the same when Kane says the same after the Euros! I personally would want Kane to stay but out of his own volition!
We obviously won't see deadwood players wanting to leave coz they know they're being cushioned by those who play their hearts out!
Toby is clearly a man of integrity and has had his humour tested to the limit. He's got the best 6 pack in the Premier league through so much laughing how the club is run lol 😆
